Hello, The ROOM is free from 14. September 2016. You can visit this house after appointment. Please write me a mail with some details about you; smoker or not, living period, subjects of your study or your profession..,. for your visit. Room for rent in multifloor building. The room on third floor (next to living room and kitchen) is available from 14. September 2016 at a total price of 395 euro a month ( all charges, +internet + cleaning service for common using place inclusive ). The deposit is 790 euro and domiciliation is possible. Common space: bathroom (shower in bathtub) with toilet, a fully equiped kitchen, front balcony, backside terrasse, extra toilet+ summer shower on the ground floor. At the moment we are: 1 nice/pretty/single German girl, 1 German student(man), a French professional person(man). All between 20-35 years old, very clean and very friendly. Preference: non-smoking independant m/f with stable study and/or work life. The room is located in a quiet and atypical street between Osseghem and Etangs Noirs/Zwarte Vijvers (2mins/4 mins walk) and close to every major supermarket brand (discounters, Lidl, Aldi, Colruyt, Delhaize,...) Please contact me for a visit. House owner is discrete, almost invisable, travelling artist/interpreter, a very serious woman. she'll have to approve your candidature...Result: a true (and cheap) peace-heaven in the middle of Brussels with excellent transportation options to everywhere in a stable collocateur environment.
