Are you an Erasmusstudent, professor, academic visiting Leuven for a few months and looking for a short-term rental (max.6 months) ? It is located in a very peaceful residential neighbourhood with the city center 8 km away. Imec, Gasthuisberg, campus KUL, Arenberg , industriepark Haasrode are all easily accesible and the nearby access to the highway gets you everywhere fast. A car is useful for transport although there is a busstop at 500m. A bike takes you to the city center in 25 minutes. There are two supermarkets( Spar and Aldi) at 850m. The room has a separate entrance. It’s a room with view on the garden. There is a bathroom with shower and a toilet. There is no fully equiped kitchen but there are separate cooking facilities in an other small room with a fridge, a micro wave and a cooking plate. The room is rented covering utility costs ( lining, energy, water and internet). The price is 700 per month.
