Cosy but spacious duplex - from April 1st Hey everybody, I'm leaving my room in a nice duplex in Brussels (> 100 m2). The rent is 418 EUR, plus approximately 50 EUR per month for charges (internet, water, gas electricity). You would be living with two very nice flatmates - boy (31-year-old Indian) and a girl (27-year-old French). The room is available from April 1st. It is two steps away from Madou Metro Station (Metro 2/6 + bus29,63,65,66 – Parc Metro Station is 7 minutes away) towards Rue Royale (tram 92+95). The flat has 3 bedrooms, a big living room/ dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (with a dish washer), a big bathroom with shower and bath (with washing machine, dish washer, ironing board, etc.), and a terrace. Furnished by us and former tenants, hence the stuff belongs to the flatmates - shared with the two other flatmates. The room itself is also furnished with a bed, table, desk, chair, drawers, mirror and clothing rail. There is a fee of 55 euros for the (remaining) year insurance. The deposit is 810 Euros to be placed on a blocked account. It is an open-end lease which means that there is no minimum stay (although tenants for at least 6 months are preferred), you will just need to find someone to replace you when you leave. Domiciliation is possible. We are looking for a young professional, clean, calm, nice, easy-going and respectful. There is a good atmosphere in the house, we share time together but still have our independence at the same time.
