We are currently renovating a beautiful historic residence with individual student rooms with private bathroom. The ground floor will be dedicated to a shared fully equiped kitchen where you can chat with your housemates. There are plenty of large windows, allowing the light to come in and giving a warm feeling to your room. Rooms will be furnished and fully equiped. Rent is excluding charges. Charges are 100 EUR per month for electricity, gas, heating, water, internet (all-in). It is possible to rent per Semester or per Year.
