We are a mixed home-share of international young professionals and stagiaires/trainees, sharing a house just around the corner from place Flagey. Very close to public transportation, shopping, post, banks and places for going out. Direct bus or tram to city center, train stations, EU institutions (Commission and EP), university. One fully furnished room (including couch) is available from 1.03.2016. The house was fully renovated in 2012. Short-term stays are also possible. Description - Common areas (see pics): Fully equipped kitchen (kitchen appliances, dishes, pots, cutlery. etc), living room with TV, dining room, 3 showers, 3 toilets - Room: furnished with double loft bed, bedding (pillow, comforter), couch and coffee table, desk and chair, wardrobe, bookcase, laundry-drying rack; Rent: 415 EUR/month, utilities and internet included. 15 EUR/month extra for weekly cleaning of common areas, so no chore list & schedule over which to fight :) Looking forward to hearing from you!
