The 2 rooms are located on the second floor, next to the shower room (for the two tenants) and a big and pleasant common room. On ground floor are the hall, wc, kitchen and dining room with access to the garden. The rent for each room is 370 euros/month and individual fees are 70 euros (440 euros/month). It includes water, gas, electricity, wifi and the opportunity to do a wash once a week (in the basement). There is eventually also some space in the garage for a bike of yours. Ideal for student or intern. Preference for a short term location, from 2-3 months up to an academic year, without registration.
