If you are looking for a cosy room in an international house, we will be happy to welcome you and to help you to have the best experiences of Belgium‘s delights during your stay in Brussels. The house is a renovated XIX century typical Brussels house in the upper side of St Gilles , 10 min walking to Place du Chatelain Ixelles. It is a “belle epoque” neighbourhood, famous for its art nouveau architecture and artistic life. The rooms available are 25m2 with large windows and a balcony. The house and rooms are fully decorated and organised with designer furniture to create a convivial athmosphere. Indeed the housemates are international so this creates brilliant exchange opportunities (and language practise...). We all enjoy working hard during the week, so we need a quite house, and to relax during the week-end with nice diner or tourist type excursions. Our way of life is to reach the right balance between great independance and friendly get-togethers. Important to know, we are very organised to keep clear and clean common parts . It is most important for us to keep harmony both in spaces and minds at home :-) The rooms are with large windows and all fitted out with furniture of “boutique hotel” standard. The rate is 550 € depending the room + 70 € charges including: - Gas, electricity, water - internet - TV cable - Cleaning women 1 x per week - Welcoming orientation and tour if you wish - To share: • 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, laundry with washing Miele & dry machine, kitchen, dinning room, TV/living room, bicycle room. Within walking distance, Subway & tram, swimming pool, fitness centres, several parks good to run, all shops, bio/organic/fresh food market every morning and 3 evenings per week, movie and cultural centre, bars and restaurants . Situation: 20 min by foot to South Station, 10 min by foot to the chic boutiques of "goulot Louise”.10 min by foot to Place du Châtelain Ixelles, 20 min by foot to the Grand-Place, 15 min by subway to the area UE/Shumann/avenue des arts/Luxembourg
