A room is available in renovated house from 20.4.2016. We are renting out one fully equipped room with private bathroom in a renovated house in Brussels. We prefer young working people, trainees. We (1M/2F) talk in English, French, Dutch, Russian and some other languages. Surface area of the room is around 15sqm. There is queen size bed, big wardrobe, mirror, small library with lot of light. There is a shower and sink in attached bathroom. The house is located in Brussels in the Woluwe-Saint-Lambert district. The house is a typical "maison de maitre" of Brussels: high ceilings, very luminous, high level materials with wooden floor everywhere except the dinning room, which is covered with original 21th century tiling. The surface area of the house is approximately 200 m2 with a nice southern-oriented garden with terrasse. Ground floor: super equipped kitchen (dishwasher, grill, oven, raclette), dinning room, a big common room, living room with wide screen tv/xbox. Ideal garden for a BBQ or a Sunday nap. There is also a laundry in the basements with lot of rooms for storage. 2 more floors with rooms and toilet on every floor. The location of the house is very convenient: close to the European district (4 minutes by metro from the Schuman square or 20 minutes by walking), close to the restaurants/pubs area. The house is also extemely close to supermarkets and night shops. Less than 5 mins walking to reach metro stations "Josephine-Charlotte" and "Gribaumont" on line nr. 1., Various bus ad tram stops in few mins walking distance. 10 minutes walking to reach Montgomery / 15mins walking to Merode/ 20 mins walking to Schuman. Also, a Villo station (bicycles to share/rent) is located nearby. Parking is available freely on the street. The rent for the room is €600 and it includes everything(consumption of electricity/gas/water (fixed price), fire insurance, cleaning lady to regularly clean the room and the rest of the house, tv and wifi/cable Internet, Netflix, xbox and other subscriptions. It also includes all the communal goods that are used by all housemates: toilet paper, olive oil, salt, pepper, cleaning products, laundry powder/softner, light bulbs, etc....). We are asking for deposit, depending on the length of stay 1-2 months. We are looking for internationaly minded people to move in with us. We prefer people who are working, speak english or french (other languages are welcome) and most of all are easy to live and share good moments with us !
