Il y a un Carrefour au rez de chaussée, Delhaize et Colruyt sont à 10 min à pied. L'appartement est situé près de la Place Dailly (Schaerbeek) à 20 min du centre, 15 min de Schumann. Il est très bien desservi par les bus 28, 29, 61, 64 et bus De Lijn 318, 351 et 358. Le metro 1, 5 et tram 7 et 25 sont également à proximité.
