Bedroom for rent for short period only (max 5-6 weeks) in a nice and big house (+/- 300m²); this is not a flat !!! 2 bathrooms + 1 more separate toilet. Big nice garden. Of course, this is not only the room I’m renting, everything is at your disposal (bedroom, bathroom, living-room, kitchen, garden). Internet & WiFi; Wash machine; Dish washer; Hoven; Micro-waves; 2 fridges; 3 freezers; Cleaning women. All funished (bath towels, bed sheets). Ideal for a communicative (e.g. person responding to the messages sent here...), responsable, clean and open-minded easy going person. Quite (during the night), nice (“le Beau Schaerbeek”) and safe (for girls…) zone !!! Close to bars, restaurants, market, supermarkts (Delhaize, Colruyt, Carrefour Express). Very open-minded people here: M-F; 22-32 y/o; gay-straight; trainees-workers; PT, BE, IT, ES & Chinees. We speak FR (& EN) at home. We have also different lifes due to our jobs (conferences, cocktails, dinners after work, PLUX, etc), or back to own countries during the WE. Then, 5 (in total) is too much people for those who want to live in a little flatshare, but not enough for those who want to see everybody at home (we sometimes are 2 or 3 max). Rent ALL inclusive (no surprises after a while!!!). ZONE: SCHUMAN - European Institutions 10 min walking to Berlaymont, Charlemagne, Breydel (Commission); Justus Lipsius (Council); European Parliament (20 min to PLUX). NATO: 15 min with bus; Place Jourdan (15 min walking); Place du Châtelain (10 min with bus). VUB & ULB: 15 & 20 min (Tramway at “Diamant”). TRANSPORTS: METRO Schuman (lines 5 & 6 + Train Station): 5 min to City-center (Central Station+De Brouckère). METRO Diamant, Merode & Montgomery. BUS 12 + 21 (bustop at 1 min walking; FREE bus with UE badge): Airport (20 min) - NATO (15 min) - Rue de Genève (10 min.) - Schuman - Pl. du Luxembourg (10min). TRAM 25 (in Diamant) to ULB (20 min from home) & VUB (10 min); BUS 29 + 63 (busstop at 1 min from here): De Brouckère City-center (15 min) - Madou (10 min) - Ambiorix/Franklin - Jamblinne de Meux - Plasky - Meiser - Leopold III; BUS 36 (in Schuman): La Chasse (5 min) - Thieffry - Konkel; BUS 60 (in Schuman-Ambiorix): Places Jourdan, Flagey and Châtelain (10 min); Edith Cavell (20 min); Uccle; BUS 65 + 66: De Brouckère City-center - Central Station - Madou - Chazal - Bordet - NATO; (in Schuman): Diamant - RTBF - Cliniques UCL – Kraainem.
