(english version below) une chambre de dispo dans notre super colloc! grand appart entre metros trone et art loi, et nombreux bus à proximité! institutions et parlement à qqes minutes à pied et grand place à 15 min a pied! 3 parcs à moins de 200m! l'appart est situé au 5e étage et est très lumineux, grand communs (env. 70m2). l'appart comprend également 3 sdb, un lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, cuisinière, frigo, congelateur... 1 femme de ménage passe une fois par semaine pour les communs et ces frais sont inclus dans les charges! La chambre est 3 étages au-dessus du reste de l'appart (accessible via les escaliers comuns) et n'est pas très grande, mais calme et lumineuse. Meublée avec un lit double, un bureau, une armoire et une étagère. Les autres collocs sont Roni, anglaise, Adhir, anglo-indien, Rubens, brézilien, Anthony, français et Alejandra, du Guatemala; tous entre 25 et 32 ans et travailleurs. The flat is very big and just next to the metro station trone and art loi!. Many buses stop nearby (solboch, city center...) European institutions and parliament at walking distance and 3 parks at less than 200m!! and you can reach the grand place in 15min by walking, or even quicker by bus or metro! The flat is on the 5th floor, very bright and big common parts (70sqm). There are also 3 bathrooms, a washing machine, dishwasher, oven... and even a cleaning lady coming once a week already included in the charges! The room is 3 floors above the rest of the flat (accessible through the stairs of the building) and not big, but very bright and calm. Furnished with a double bed, a table, bookshelf, and wardrobe. The other flatmates are Roni, english, Adhir, indian and english, Rubens, brazilian, Anthony, french and Alejandra, from Guatemala; They are all between 25 and 32 and working..
