Cosy room in a nice collocation in IXELLES (2 or 6 months after July)

Français en bas. A small room is opening up in a nice and bright apartment. A cleaning lady comes by to clean the apartment (the common areas) every week. o The apartment has a full equipped kitchen with an oven, one fridge, a dishwasher and washing machine. o There is one full equipped bathroom, one separated toilet and one separated shower. o There is a TV and also a Wifi connection. o The room is a small mezzanine but it's cosy with a window looking out on the courtyard. There's a wardrobe, a mattress, a duvet, 3 pillows, a small closet, a desk, a mirror, a bed lamp and a chair (possibility to let a duvet cover and pillowcase if needed). You'll share the apartment with 3 really nice people: one French girl, one Italian girl and one Greek girl. We mostly speak English but French, Italian or Spanish are also possible. The ambiance is really nice and cosy. The apartment is very well located with Etterbeek gare at 5 minutes. There is the tram 25 and 7, the bus stop of 95, and at 8 minutes walking, you can acces the tram stop germoir of 81. Also, there is a noctis stop just in front of the house (noctis N08) but you have as well the noctis bus stop in Etterbeek Gare (noctis N08 and N09). As you can see, it is VERY well located and good connected with public transport. There is a Delhaize at two minutes, different night shops very closeby, a Carrefour at 10 minutes and a Colruyt at 10 as well. To go out it is also very well located because Cimentière d’Ixelles, Flagey, Jourdain are very closeby to go walking in 15-20 minutes. The room IS AVAILABLE in July (possibility even of renting it after June 17th). There are several possibilities: RENTING ONLY FOR 2 MONTHS (July and August) or to do a new contract of 6 months. Une femme de ménage vient nettoyer l’appartement (les endroits communs) chaque semaine. • L’appartement est complétement équipé d’un four, un frigo, lave-vaisselle et machine à laver. • Il y a une salle de bain complétement équipée, une toilette séparée et une douche séparée. • Il y a une télé et une connexion Wifi. • La chambre est une petite mezzanine mais c’est très confortable, la fenêtre donne à la cour. C’est une chambre lumineuse qui comporte une armoire, un petit placard, un matelas double, un couette, trois oreillers, un bureau, une chaise, une lampe de chevet (possibilité de laisser une couverture de couette si besoin). Tu partageras l’appartement avec trois filles très gentilles : une française, une italienne et une grecque. On parle le plus souvent Anglais, mais toutes parlons français, sinon l’italien et l’espagnol sont aussi possibles. L’ambiance es très géniale et confortable. L’appartement est très bien situé à 5 minutes de la Gare d’Etterbeek. Il y a un arrêt là des trams 25 et 8, l’arrêt du 95 devant de la porte et à 8 minutes à pieds il y a l’arrêt du 81 (germoir). Aussi, pour la nuit, devant la maison il y a l’arrêt du 95 (N08), mais à la Gare d’Etterbeek s’arrête aussi le noctis N09. Comme tu vois, c’est très bien situé et très bien connecté avec les transport en commun. Il y a un Delhaize à 2 minutes, différents magasin de nuit très proches, le Carrefour à 10 minutes et le Colruyt à 10 minutes. C’est très bien situé aussi pour sortir car Cimentière d’Ixelles, Flagey et Jourdain sont très proches à pied (15-20 minutes). La chambre est DISPONIBLE à partir de JUILLET. Il y a plusieurs possibilités : soit louer pour 2 mois (juillet et aout) ou soit louer pour 6 mois. Envoie-moi un message si tu veux la visiter !
