Furnished sunny room in boho apartment

Currently in a stage of life change, so looking for a room mate who also needs a place for a month or a couple months, with the possibility of maybe staying even longer. :) The sunny & spacious flat is situated in the charming neighborhood of Ixelles/St Gilles. This European apartment maintains many of it's historic details and is conveniently located next to 3 trams and 2 buses. About 15 min from city center! It's just a block away from Place Brugmann, which has some lovely cafés and there are a couple of nice bars around here too. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood. I have a kitty named Soleil, who goes by Monkey, and she is very affectionate and always around. So if you don't like cats, this may not be the apartment for you. I don't expect you to take care of her, but if I'm out late, she might be bothering you to feed her- so in that sense, you might have to treat her a little bit like your own child. But she will thank you with a lot of love and cuddles! I'm a masters student at KU Leuven, so I am very busy, I study a lot, and sometimes I have late evenings in Leuven. Looking for a room mate who I could get along well with, but since I am so busy, someone who also likes their own space and to do their own thing. I'm very neat and organized, and like to keep the apartment neat as well, so I'm looking for a room mate who is also clean. The price includes the full furnished room (sheets & towels & everything you need) as well as the price of utilities. There is also a dresser for clothes and a desk and chair. No contract needs to be signed- just need the first month's rent, and a deposit of 650 which I will of course return to you when you move out. Obviously- everything in the kitchen, the living room, the dining room- all yours to use and hang out in as well. :)
