There are plenty of large windows, allowing the light to come in and giving a warm feeling to your room. Rooms will be furnished and fully equiped. Rent is possible from September 2024 onwards. Summer Stays are possible too. More photos of the new condition after renovation and info available upon request... Rent is excluding charges. Charges are 100 EUR per month for electricity, gas, heating, water, internet (all-in). It is possible to rent per Semester or per Year. Price rent full year 1/9/24-31/8/25: 575 EUR rent + 100 EUR charges Price rent semester 1/9/24-31/1/25 or 1/2/25-31/8/25: 700 EUR rent + 100 EUR charges Price short stay (different rental periods): 800 EUR rent + 125 EUR charges
