Leuk, ruim kot op een toplocatie in Leuven! Nice, spacious room for rent at a toplocation in Leuven!

Beste student(e), werkende, Leuk dat je mijn advertentie bekijkt. Mijn naam is Caroline, een Nederlandse studente die sinds afgelopen academiejaar in Leuven zit. Aankomende tijd zal ik minder in Leuven zijn waardoor ik graag mijn kot wil onderverhuren. Het kot ziet er goed uit, de meeste meubels zoals kledingkast, boekenkast, bureau zullen in de kamer blijven. Een éénpersoonsbed zal ook worden neergezet. In het huis wonen drie gezellige mede huisgenoten, een Nederlandse jongen van 24 jaar, een meisje uit Brussel (die ook Nederlands/Vlaams spreekt) en een Waals meisje die tevens ook Nederlands/Vlaams spreekt. Je zal de doucheruimte, het toilet en de ruime keuken met de mede studenten delen. Het kot is gelegen op de Vaartstraat, vlakbij alle supermarkten zoals Colruyt, AH, Lidl en Aldi om de hoek. Ideaal dus! Daarnaast zijn de meeste faculteiten ook zeer goed te bereiken en voor de lopers onder ons is de Vaartkom vlakbij. ;) Het liefst zoek ik iemand die vanaf begin juli het kot kan betreden, de duur is nog niet helemaal bekend maar daar kan over gesproken worden. De huurprijs is inclusief gas, water, elektriciteit en internet (telenet). Dear student, My name is Caroline, a 27-year old student who lives since last academic year in Leuven for my new studies. Because of my studies I will not be very often in Leuven next academic year especially not this summer and the first semester of 2016. Therefore, I am looking for a nice, social student or someone who works to subrent my room. My preference would be if you are able to subrent my room from 1st of Juli 2016. I don't know exactly the duration yet, but atleast for 4/5 months. The room is approxiamtely 20m2, it's situated in a nice appartement. There is a lift available. In the apartment lives three other students, a Dutch guy of 24 years old, a girl from Brussels who speaks, Dutch, English and French of course and then a girl from Wallonië who speaks English, Dutch and also French. You will share the douche, the toilet and the spacious kitch with these three friendly students. The room/Appartment is situation on a toplocation in the center of Leuven in the Vaartstraat. Supermarkets like Colruyt, Lidl, Aldi and the Albert Heyn are nearby. Furthermore most faculties/auditoria's are very close as well. I hope to hear from you soon! Kind Regards, Caroline P.S.
