2 vub-students looking for a kot/studio 2012-2013

We are looking for a kot/studio in elsene/etterbeek that has enough space for 2; with a private bathroom and kitchen. Preferably with included internet, water, electricity, .... We are decent, dutch-speaking students who are also willing to negociate in other languages(french,german) and willing to pay up to €450 - €500 for proper housing. The beginning of the new academic year in september would be the ideal moment for us to move in. A 10 month contract is preferable but a 12 month contract will do as well.

We will take proper care of our housing facility and partying will be kept to a minimum due to our difficult year program.
