The room is free Now. English below. La chambre est libre actuellement Je recherche une personne active non fumeuse en stage ou en mission pour partager appartement. Je suis la proprietaire. L'appartement est situé dans un nouvel immeuble en face d'un parc et à proximité de la gare. A 3 minutes à pied : train, tram, bus, metro... J'offre une grande chambre meublée : lit simple, table de nuit, bureau, garde-robe , une Salle-de-bain et une terrasse privatives destinées à ma/mon locataire. La cuisine et le salon avec TV sont communs à partager avec moi. Accès internet wifi. Je suis plutôt calme et discrète. Je demande 100 euro de caution pour les clefs de l'immeuble. Ces 100 euros sont donc restitués à la fin de la location. Les visites se font en soirée et le WE. Il n'est pas possible d'y habiter en couple. I offer a large furnished room (single bed, night table, desk, wardrobe), an en-suite bathroom and a terrace for my tenant. The kitchen and TV lounge are common to share with me. WiFi internet access. I'm pretty quiet and discreet. I ask 100 euro deposit for the keys of the building. These are 100 euros returned at the end of the lease. Visits are evenings and weekends.
