Hello, The room is free from 15. September 2016. You can visit this house after 15. June 2016 , each day between 18:30 and 20:30 after appointment. You will have a room in a very nice house together with 3 other renters. Everyone has his/her separate room and share the bathroom, kitchen, terrasse and dining/livingroom together. The room itself has a 20m² bottom floor and a 11m² mezzanine ideal for a small dubble bed. The room is already furnished with a rack( you can use it for clothes), a single bed, a normal table + chair, a small table and optional the sofa. The room is very sunny as it has 2 windows (double glass) and very quiet. The kitchen, bathroom, stair case,... all are in good condition. Very good public traffic connections with Metro 1,2,5,6, and bus 20, 129, 190,...near of Station "Etangs Noirs" and "Osseghem" 10 Minutes to reach to gare centrale and gare du Midi, to EU buildings, and 25-30 minutes to reach to two different Universities Brussels. Costs include gas, electricity, water, cleaning person for common using place. Monthly rent 415 Euro( for couple +160 Euro), deposit 770 Euro(couple+ 250 Euro). You should make your own internet contract with Belgacom, but your internet monthly fee will be paid by house owner. If you are interested, please write some details about you; smoker or not, study subjects or working brench, special interest(if you have), renting period, your age,.. .
