Dear all (la version en français est un peu plus bas), I have one very comfortable and peaceful bedroom to rent in my two-bedroom, 95m2 appartment (and its enjoyable terrace). The room is fully equipped with a double-bed, a closet, a table and double windows. You will also enjoy the bathroom, the large living room, the kitchen and the terrace as well as the TV and Wifi. We also have an inside court for summer barbecue time, but this one needs refreshment. Situated in the oldest and most authentic neighborhood of Brussels, you will be ten minutes away from the city center, the famous antique shops of rue haute, the bars and restaurants of the place du jeu de balles and the friendly neighborhood of Saint-Gilles to have a beer at sunset. For shopping, you can reach by foot the avenue Louise, where you can also catch a movie, go to the theatre or relax the classy parc d'Egmont nearby or explore the woods of la Cambre for jogging , walking, having a picnic. Between the city center, the EU institutions, and the international train station (Brussels South), it is exceptionally well connected to the public transportation network. I will be greeting you with my adorable cocker spaniel, Cognac. From a humanitarian background, I now work for a WASH association in Belgium. I expect an open-minded roommate that is respectful of the place and the neighbors. Smoking is strictly outside. Bonjour à tous, Je loue une chambre confortable et tranquille dans mon appartement de deux chambres, 95m2 avec terrasse. La chambre est équipée d'un lit double, d'une armoire, d'une table et de double vitrage. Il y a une salle de bain (avec douche/bain) un grand living/salle à manger, une cuisine et la terrasse, la TV et le wifi. Nous avons aussi une cour intérieure pour faire des barbecues l'été mais elle doit encore être aménagée. Situé dans le plus vieux et le plus authentique quartier de Bruxelles, vous serez à dix minutes du centre-ville, des antiquaires de la rue haute, des bars et restaurants de la place du jeu de balles et du quartier convivial du parvis de Saint-Gilles pour les amateurs d'apéro. Pour le shopping, vous serez à côté de l'avenue Louise, où vous pouvez aussi aller au cinéma, au théâtre, vous détendre dans le parc d'Egmont ou aller un peu plus loin vers la Place Saint-Boniface, ou encore le bois de la Cambre pour une promenade, un jogging ou un pic nic. Entre le centre-ville, les institutions européennes et la gare internationale de Burxelles-midi, vous serez exceptionnellement bien connecté au réseau de transports en communs. Je ne serai pas seule à vous accueillir, il y a aussi mon adorable petit cocker spaniel : Cognac ! Avec un background d'humanitaire, je travaille maintenant pour une petite association qui a des projets de développement dans différents pays du monde. De mon côté, je souhaite avoir un colocataire ouvert d'esprit qui est respectueux de l'appartement et des voisins. Fumer sur la terrasse uniquement.
