Situé Avenue de Tervueren (arrêt Chien Vert), l’appartement est très bien desservi en tram et bus. Le métro Montgomery est à proximité aussi. L’appartement est juste en face du Parc de la Woluwe. C’est un quartier résidentiel, super safe et très agréable, avec plusieurs magasins à proximité pour vos courses, même le dimanche (Delhaize et Colruyt). L'appartement a 3 chambres et un immense salon de 45m². A l'origine l'appartement n'était pas meublé, mais nous pourrions vous laisser certains de nos meubles (à discuter). Il y a aussi un grand balcon qui donne sur l'avenue. Le toit est complètement accessible – génial l’été pour prendre l’apéro tranquille face au Parc. La proprio est très agréable et toujours prête à vous aider. ------ENG----- We are leaving our 3 bedroom apartment (120m² - 1200ft²) at the end of May. The flat is located in Avenue de Tervueren (tram stop Chien Vert), right in front of the beautiful Woluwe Park. There are several tram and bus lines to go to the centre as well as the metro stop Montgomery nearby. The neighborhood is a very safe residential area, having several shops nearby (Delhaize and Colruyt) to do your groceries, even on Sundays. The flat has 3 bedrooms and a huge living room (about 45m²). Originally, the flat was not furnished but we might leave some of our furniture (to discuss). We also have a big balcony facing the avenue for smoking/chilling. You will also have access to the rooftop – perfect for a drink/party during summertime, with a nice view on the park. The landlady is very nice and always ready to help and answer your questions.
