The room has wood flooring and it's furnished (the room was originally rented unfurnished, but all the furniture - including a bed, a big desk, a drying rack, an armchair, shelves, a chair, a bedside table and clothes rack - will remain in the room for a price). A big skylight looks out over the city. It is quiet and comfortable. The rent includes wi-fi but does not include bills (approximately €40 per month). The house has two floors and consists of a bright kitchen, a living room, three bathrooms (one with just a toilet, one with a shower and one with a bath) and four more single rooms. You'll be sharing the flat with two students and two young professionals (age 22-25). The house also includes an inner courtyard, where bicycles can be stored, and a cellar. The building is very conveniently located, at walking distance (15 min) from both the ULB and the European institutions. The bus 95 and the tram 81 both stop just outside the door. Visits are open!
